THE FIRST SHELF
Before FOCO opens its doors, we are opening the shelf. The first bottles will belong to the people who were here from the beginning — friends, future regulars, pasta party attendees and whoever decides to believe in FOCO. Your name will be on your bottle from day one.
And when the doors finally open, you already know where yours is.
HOW IT WORKS
1 — Choose a bottle.
Pick yours online.
2 — Give us your name.
We label it and put it behind the bar.
3 — Come to FOCO.
Tell us your name. We find your bottle.
4 — Drink. Leave some. Come back.
That is kind of the point.
NOT A MEMBERSHIP.
No VIP section. No special table. No velvet rope. Just your bottle behind the bar and a very good excuse to come back.
Regulars are made one visit at a time.
